Stroma Built Environment:

Our suite of services covers the Pre-Construction, Construction and Post-Construction phases of a building project.

Clients can choose from Environmental Consultancy, Energy Consultancy and Performance Testing services to help them comply with the Building Regulations and environmental legislation.


What you will be doing?:

Co-ordinating works within the Air Tightness Operations Department.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations by assigning project work to our engineers and managing their diaries.

You'll need to liaise with our clients, other departments within Stroma and management.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Schedule air testing works in accordance with customer requirements and operating procedures to ensure efficient delivery of service and utilisation of our national fieldbased technician workforce
  • Resolve operations issues and challenges effectively to minimise delays, technician downtime and meet customer requirements
  • Ensure all technician scheduling and planning is correctly entered into our system
  • Ensuring prompt management of customer queries, complaints and concerns
  • Ensuring all works are followed up to ensure the sales order is fulfilled

What you will need:


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised individual with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

You will also need to be an analytical and problem-solving individual who has clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.


To be considered, you must have:

  • Previous administrative/operational experience
  • Previous experience in a customer services or client focused role
  • Excellent IT skills
