Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading apparel business that has an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional to establish and develop the maturity of the S&OP processes across demand, supply, and inventory planning, ensuring greater ability to predict and deliver demand whilst managing supply capability.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Assessing and improving current Demand, Supply, Deployment, and Inventory Planning strategies & processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, and new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand.
  • Motivate, develop, and lead the team to deliver the S&OP agenda for the business.
  • Facilitate the monthly S&OP process, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
  • Create and drive continuous improvement of worldclass demand planning, supply planning and S&OP processes.
  • Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
  • Develop capacity simulation processes to run sensitivity analysis for growth.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent.
  • S&OP, Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning management experience in an apparel or consumer goods environment is required.
  • Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
  • Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a teambased organization.
Salary will be circa £60K to £70K + Bonus.

The role will be based in the Leicestershire area.

Hybrid remote working options available.
