Tradewind are recruiting a cover supervisor to start ASAP in Doncaster.


Responsibilities of the cover supervisor:

  • Providing cover for absent teachers and delivering preprepared lessons.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Assisting students with their work and providing support and guidance as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress.
  • Liaising with teachers and senior staff as required.

Requirements of the role:

  • Experience working in a school setting or with children and young adults.
  • Ability to manage and support students in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development as required.
  • Qualified at level 3 or above.
  • DBS on the update service.
