Salary:
£24,000 P.A.

Hours:
Monday - Sunday 8.30am - 8.30pm, 4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shift

Some of your hours of your shift may be worked from home at certain times if you wish as our phone systems and internal systems allow us to operate remotely.

Most of the time you will be expected to come in to the office situated in Chelmsford.

About Our Company

Phoenix Pet Cremations specialise in providing a personal and individual cremation service and we offer a 7 day a week collection service to pet owners who are sadly in need of our help.

We carry out collections from residential homes or veterinary practices and we also regularly welcome clients at our crematorium in Boreham, Chelmsford.

This role will include, but is not limited to assisting the following:

Office day to day administrative tasks such as confirming bookings and taking phone calls from customers and veterinary practices.
Managing the diary's for all of the drivers and the appointments at the crematorium.
Liaising and handing over from your shift to the next shift team member in an organised manner.
Occasionally, front of house duties, greeting clients in our private rooms and helping them with their wishes.
Setting ashes into jewellery using specialist resin.
Helping the crematorium team with printing certificates.
Using the company's CRM system efficiently.
Occasionally taking any emergency calls for out of hours.
Polite and compassionate to our clients.
Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
Comfortable occasionally handling deceased pets using our pet beds and stretchers.
Be IT competent and comfortable using our bespoke system on phone, tablet and computer.
Customer service experience
Social media experience is preferred but not essential.
