JOB SUMMARY:
_
The post holder will work with the management team to ensure that client support records are completed appropriately, IntegraCare's recording and reporting procedures are followed, records are stored and archived in accordance with internal procedures and maintained in accordance with GDPR requirements.
As a member of the office team, the Compliance Administrator will assist management in ensuring our records are completed, audited, processed and stored in accordance with Council, NHS, CQC and internal requirements.
DUTIES:_
Client Records:
To audit records and create accurate quality reports to support the service to improve client experience and safety, ensuring that reports are submitted within the given timescales and in accordance with policies - including:
- To audit all client support records and report findings to management.
- To audit client financial records and report findings to management.
- To audit medication and health records and report findings to management.
Systems
- To complete generic health and safety risk assessments for the office environment.
- To assist with the digitalisation of client support records, medication records, etc.
- To ensure that all records are processed and stored in accordance with GDPR requirements. To file paperbased records and retain and dispose of them in accordance with data security guidance.
- Work with the senior management team to review improvement plans, and quality performance indicators.
- To provide administrative support to the management team as required.
- To ensure petty cash and corporate card receipts and sheets are provided to head office in line with required timeframes.

Pay:
£18,720.00-£20,000.00 per year
