Assistant Finance Business Partner

Location:
North of England (Hybrid - 70% home work, 30% field based)

Salary:
up to £45,000 per annum

Panoramic Care are working with a fantastic client, a well-established care provider to find an Assistant Finance Business Partner to cover the business in the North region.

We are seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to provide commercial and financial support to the Regional Managing Directors and their regional teams.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will assist in being the interface between the regional teams and the Group Support function.

Key Responsibilities:

Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with the Managing Directors and the regional teams
Review financial and nonfinancial KPIs, challenging regional management teams on budgetary and comparator variances
Deliver financial analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies
Attend and lead financial and commercial aspects of meetings with regional and operational teams
Respond to queries on financial performance from Operations Managers and Service Managers
Assist in the preparation and review of the annual budget for the regions
Drive continual improvement within the finance function
Provide support in corporate initiatives/projects.

Key Requirements:

ACA, CIMA, ACCA part qualified or equivalent
Previous Finance experience with the ability to build strong working relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work with large datasets using Excel and PowerPoint
