This role will see you providing world class customer service to customers who have escalated complaints with regards to their home and motor insurance claims.
This kind of role will see you using your customer service and administration skills as you'll be speaking with customers on the phone and then following up in writing so your communication and written English needs to be strong.
Contract length: 6 monthsSalary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
