We are working with one of the top Solicitors in the UK, to find a Senior Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager to join their Management team.

This is a chance to join a modern, progressive firm, that genuinely cares about their staff and clients.

You'll be workingout of their fantastic London office, including a spectacular rooftop garden; you'll also have the option to work remotely on a hybrid basis.


What you'll be doing

  • Determining pricing strategy.
  • Supporting partners and lawyers with regards to fee discussions.
  • Responding to analysis and suggesting actions to increase profitability.
  • Getting involved with fee negotiations with clients.
  • Alternative Fee Arrangement (AFA) management.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the firm by identifying issues and suggesting improvements.

What you'll need

  • A commercial finance background within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Expertise with regards to pricing and pricing strategy.
