Description
We are on the hunt for a compassionate Disability Assessor to assess individuals' eligibility for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Conduct assessments, gather information, and evaluate the impact of disabilities on daily living and work activities. Join our team and contribute to decision-making for financial support.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 12 months experience as an RMN, RGN, Paramedic, RNLD, occupational therapist, or doctor.
  • Valid right to work in the UK (sponsorship unavailable).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Starting salary: £35,000 per annum.
  • Basic salary increases to £36,000 with the completion of internal training.
  • Additional £1000 salary increases for training completion, bringing basic salary to £38,000.
  • Yearly On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £41,800.
  • Clear career development with £1000 salary increase for each level achieved.
  • Hybrid/remote positions available, based on location.
