Seven Social Care is looking for a qualified Social Worker to fill an exclusive opportunity specialising in the Problem Solving Court Team across Bradford.
The role:
As an allocated social worker in the Problem Solving Court Team, you will manage a caseload of children who are going through court proceedings.
You will provide a social work service to an allocated caseload within the agreed performance management, qualityassurance and budgetary framework and that the highest standards of service are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
To undertake multi-disciplinary assessments of individual and carers needs and risks to encourage independence, provide support and prevent harm.
To provide a social work service, including assessment, support planning, brokerage, review and discharge activity to an allocated caseload.
Manage a caseload, exercising complex decision making in line with professional criteria and making sure that case work is appropriately planned, critically evaluated, and reviewed.
Applicant Requirements:
Qualifications:
Degree approved by Social Work England
Experience:2+ years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK.
Compliance:
Up to date SWE registration and DBS.
Travel:
Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours:37.5 hours p/w.
