    Project Coordinator Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in London. This role will provide critical support to our Project Management team, ensuring the smooth execution of client orders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Manage project admin, record-keeping, and process management through our bespoke business software, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
    • Logistics and Aftercare: Assist with project logistics, including booking deliveries, snagging, and communicating updates, issues, and resolutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Invoicing and Payments: Monitor and maintain admin inbox and invoicing from suppliers, ensuring timely payment and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, keeping them informed of order progress and escalating any delays to line managers and directors as needed.
    • Communication and Coordination: Assist with communicating with warehouse teams to ensure goods arrive safely and on time, manage shipment of samples, and support communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Documentation and Certification: Compile required client certification documentation, such as creating operation and maintenance manuals for projects.
