SEND Teaching Assistant - Redhill Area - Full-time

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational individual to join our team with proven track records in achieving high-quality standards.

Key areas of responsibility:

Supporting the delivery of lessons
Working closely with individual pupils on a 1:1 basis to support their learning.
Promoting and enabling social development opportunities

Pay = £76 per day minimum (dependent on experience)

Creative approaches to learning
Working academically to a good standard

Desirable:

Experience working with students with complex needs, including ASD or Emotional, Social and Attachment related needs.
Experience working with behaviour & the use of interventions/strategies in education
Experience working with young people

SEND Teaching Assistant (SEND) - Redhill Area - Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 - 3:30 Term Time only.
The staff team are tight-knit, friendly and very supportive. The staff team work hard to achieve outstanding outcomes with their pupils. The school site is a marvellous environment with state-of-the-art facilities and resources, enabling purposeful teaching and learning. The school is situated in the beautiful Sussex countryside just outside of Horsham. Ideally, the applicant will have access to a vehicle due to the location of the school.
