Our Role

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

  • Supporting the preparations of the weekly revenue and subcontractor costs for P & L reporting
  • Submit subcontractor payments for internal authorisation in line with internal governance
  • Monitor internal expenditure against budget/cost plans and validating costs posted weekly by the Finance Team
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and cost allocation management
  • Issue and collate onboarding documentation to prospective subcontractors
  • Complete detailed analysis of productivity levels
  • Strong organisational skills and record keeping
  • Document management processes for project related items.
  • Application for payment using client works order management system.
