Description

The Contract Manager is responsible for a team of A/C and mechanical engineers across a portfolio of sites around the Midlands, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, but predominantly around Birmingham.

The PPM and reactive maintenance work includes air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical. Servicing, maintenance and installations on AC Splits, VRVs, chillers, AHU's LTHW and CHW. Gas boilers and heating.
