Job Summary:

As an integral part of our agency, you will aid senior members in managing client portfolios and campaigns with a focus on search engine optimisation (SEO) and strategic content development.

Your role demands a keen eye for tracking performance and delivering impactful results.

You'll embark on a 12-18 month level 3 digital marketing apprenticeship, enriched with monthly workshops, combining real-world practice with structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Craft compelling digital content and strategise for optimum client visibility.
• Generate key documents, reports, and presentations for clients.
• Produce and manage content for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Execute and monitor social media strategies and paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.
• Optimise client websites for SEO to climb organic search rankings.
• Engage potential clients to enhance service outreach and brand recognition.
• Streamline office data management and aid in responsive website creation for clients.
• Meet monthly targets and KPIs to advance within the company.

While mentorship is provided, a quick learning curve and business fluency are expected. The role is based at our pastoral offices in East Leake, Loughborough; reliable transportation is necessary.


Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of website design/digital marketing is a plus.
• Adept with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong presentation skills.

Working Hours & Compensation:

• 42.5 hours/week, 09:00 am 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

- £16,500 per year, with merit-based increases throughout the apprenticeship.
