What the role involves:


  • Allocating monthly key renewals
  • Managing diaries for customer appointments and renewal requirements including making renewal review appointments
  • Preparing prerenewal information for Agents and Executives prior to appointment.
  • Reviewing the post review notes and allocating work on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for relevant changes.
  • Completion of a post review report where required to high quality standards
  • Liaising with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is correct before posting.
  • Ensuring documentation is forwarded to customers in adherence with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collating documentation for new business prior to posting.
  • Management of CRM dashboards.
  • Robust follow up of leads and quotes outstanding.
  • Effectively manage the Agent's diaries for customer and prospecting appointments and internal meetings.
  • Arrange client dinners/drinks as appropriate.
  • Travel arrangements for Agents where appropriate.

What we need from you as a Assistant:

  • Work independently and use initiative to problem solve
  • Communicate well with colleagues and customers both verbal and written
  • Prioritise workload accordingly


Have you got the right skills? We will give full training for the role so no previous experience is necessary.
