Description

The post holder will be required to work as part of a team within the Health Records Department to ensure the effective organisation and preparation of Health Records for all hospital activity.


The post holder will be required to liaise effectively with colleagues and other departments within the hospital in a professional and pleasant manner and to ensure the confidentiality of informationand patient details is adhered to at all times, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Guidelines and other Trust Policies and Procedures.
