We are recruiting to Coventry City Council's Migration Team
As our Programme Manager in the Council's Migration Team,

You will be providing strategic leadership in designing and delivering outcome-based programmes that improve integration and remove barriers for asylum seekers, refugees and other migrant groups.

The role will involve co-ordinating internal Migration Team staff, partnership working with Council departments local national voluntary community sector partners representing the Council dialogue Home Office MHCLG colleagues leading on delivery current programmes support newly arrived communities supporting development new partnerships programmes improve integration community cohesion present team manage response crisis Ukraine UK Government Refugee Resettlement schemes provide local response asylum seekers dispersed city however works collaboratively support needs all newly arrived communities stands ready respond future challenges We looking someone celebrates diversity recognises importance strong support integration overcoming barriers You have good understanding complex world migration UK challenges faced local authorities supporting migrants experience managing partnership programmes familiar procurement framework contract management techniques All candidates Right Work UK currently not offering sponsorship role
