GG Glass and Glazing Limited is an industry leading glazing solutions company operating in the commercial sector.

We employ over 200 staff across 11 locations in the UK and work with some of the biggest names in retail and construction.

Our head office is based on the outskirts of Liverpool with good links to the city and the M62 motorway.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing and reducing 90 plus day debt
• Develop strong relationships with clients
• Liaise with colleagues across the business about aged debt
• Escalation of problem debt
• Analyse 3rd party customer portals to flag up issues at the earliest opportunity
• Assist with the allocation of unidentified payments
• Respond promptly to client queries
• Assisting with other duties that may reasonably be required

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Previous experience of credit control and debt reduction
• Good communicator with great telephone manner
• Attention to detail
• IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure maximum impact
• Strong analytical skills to help resolve queries
• Experience with SAP Business One preferred but not essential

Normal working days are Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 dependant on experience


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
