As a Barclays Controls and Regulatory Engagement team member within the Wholesale Onboarding & Group.

You will provide the technology infrastructure to support the services defined by the Group wide Financial Crime Target Operating Model, providing critical protection from Financial Crime Risks.

Driving the improvement in client onboarding cycle times and experience.

The Controls & Regulatory Engagement function will leverage the existing Barclays framework to provide a single point of engagement and coordination.

What will you be doing?:

Managing concurrent and complex engagements in a structured and transparent way across various systems, data types and groups of stakeholders
Leading and managing across functions for multiple Regulatory deliverables (exams, requests, queries etc.), and escalating as needed
Being responsible for engagement of resources which sit in other teams and functions as they align to the TC01 Technology Regulatory Response Coordination function
Engaging with Barclays senior stakeholders and governance forums as appropriate to communicate the status of key Corporate Technology Regulatory Programmes
Coordinating with programme leads delivering outcomes to the regulatory programmes monitoring quality and timeliness of required deliverables
Identifying and supporting continuous improvement and best practices in the change delivery life cycle within and across regulatory nonfinancial delivery programmes

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Technology required with at least three years' project/ portfolio management, operations or strategy experience
Transformative program delivery experience in a multifunction/ business space in a matrixed environment
Understanding of both the regulatory frameworks and the products and services offered by large, complex financial institutions like Barclays as well as Global regulated entities
At least five plus years' financial services experience preferably within technology environments and with management of Audit/ risk/ governance/ compliance

Skills that will help you in the role:

Extensive experience working on technology, operations and regulatory integration projects with knowledge and adherence to programme and change management
Ability to work with at Senior Manger levels, with solid stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to manage complex, evolving parameters under time pressure and identify potential solutions by exploring and analysing diverse alternatives.
Consistently demonstrates integrity, fairness and professional conduct with excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to align the organization.

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.
