Estate Agent Branch Manager


You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.

You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealingwith them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.

You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.


Estate Agent Branch Manager

Key objectives:

  • Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
  • Setting and reviewing performance standards
  • Development of team members
  • Implementing agreed business plans
  • Listing and selling properties
  • Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Branch Manager

  • Basic salary to £28,000 plus £300 per month car allowance (£3,600 per year) with on target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000.
