PFI Account Manager - Schools - Glasgow - c£70k plus car/allowance and bonus.

We have a new opportunity for a Permanent Account Manager to join a PFI Schools account in Glasgow. This position will be an on-site role.

Our client delivers Facilities and Estate Management services to the Glasgow Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 30 schools.

There's 8 years left of this 30 year contract - benefitting from good relationships with both the SPV and Client (including Heads of schools).

This is a total FM contract; they self-deliver all soft FM and Hard FM and they might subcontract some project work.

You will establish yourself, understand the contract deliverables and oversee the normal day to day running of the schools whilst preparing for hand back in 8 years time.

We're looking for someone with both Soft and Hard FM experience as this role is looking after the whole account with 4 Operations Managers reporting into this role.

Budget responsibility of c£25m
