About the Role:


We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced [Payroll Supervisor/Manager] to manage our company's international payroll and network of external payroll providers.

Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and executing all payroll activities; collaborating with the HR and Finance teams on annualized activities and projects; ensuring compliance on reporting matters in multiple countries; ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on-time every time.


Key Responsibilities will include

  • Processing Payroll monthly/biweekly by liaising with the payroll Bureaus across 13 different countries
  • Tax and Compliance
  • Reporting
  • Processes

Essential skills & experience

  • A minimum of four years of experience in payroll processing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing external payroll providers and payroll platforms such as ADP
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll processes
  • International payroll experience

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of bookkeeping
  • Payroll management in; US, India, APAC & EMEA

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
