Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the CRM team in Tilbury.

You will manage a portfolio of established clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and the development of additional business opportunities with them.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with client retention for defined customers
Booking appointments for the Client Development Team
Generation and development of sales leads/telesales
Ensuring CRM tool is kept up to date
Liaising with all Business Units to ensure client tariffs are updated
Completing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with assistance of Business Unit leaders and procurement teams
Assisting with promoting and selling of all products within the Group
Ensuring all client quotations are followed through to completion, with all statuses recorded in the National CRM System
Provide clerical support to Client Development Team and Senior Management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience of working within International Trade Administration (Incoterms)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build good relationships
Confident using MS Office
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Team player
Ideally some logistics experience in either Sea, Air or Road, but not essential
