Monday - Friday, 8:40am - 5:20pm


We require highly motivated and dedicated individuals to work within our busy Randox Testing Services (RTS) Department as an Operational Support Administrator.

The successful applicant will be part of an operations and logistics team, assisting with the day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring that all orders are placed and received on time in accordance with standard operating procedures and departmental requirements.


Randox now offer free transportation from Antrim Train / Bus station each morning to take staff to our various sites in Antrim and Crumlin.

This shuttle will take staff back to the station at the end of the day.


The Role:


  • Supporting the collection and processing of samples for drugs of abuse screening as part of a routine or on call testing service.
  • Manage and process the receipt of Collection Officer invoices.
  • To maintain and process Breathalyser calibrations, accuracy checks, Breathalyser In, Breathalyser Out and Breathalyser supply to Collector Network.
  • To arrange courier pickup and deliveries and to ensure each shipping file contains the correct documents required.
  • Sending invoices, flight information, and tracking details to customers as required.
  • Member of an oncall rota to coordinate evening/weekend/holidays collection tasks.
  • Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, health & safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.
  • Deputising for RTS Coordinators (Operations and Logistics) as required.
  • All other general administrative tasks as well as any other tasks or projects assigned by management.
  • Essential: _
  • Possess GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A-C).
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on their own and within a team.
  • Desirable: _
  • Relevant administrative experience.
  • An awareness of Total Quality Management Systems.
  • A working knowledge of health and safety requirements.
