Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IPAF qualified maintenance engineer to join a growing team specialised in the clearance of high-level gutters / roofs, based in Hazel Grove.

Covering mainly the Northwest/Midlands but with the possibility of further travel, where required. Applicants must have previous experience operating powered access equipment and working at height. Operatives should be courteous; customer focused with excellent time management.

Valid Driving Licence is essential (ideally able to drive 7.5ton vehicles)
IPAF qualification is essential
Experience using Mansafe system preferred
A CSCS card would be beneficial, but not essential.
You must be comfortable working at height.
You must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends on occasions.
Time keeping and using your own initiative will be important aspects of the role, so you should be proficient at these skills.
You will need to be able to read and understand risk assessments, method statements and have a high level of awareness of health and safety procedures.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm (45-hour basic week)

Overtime:
Available (including weekends)
