Your responsibilities

Assisting the input of engineering data ie Part numbers and BOMS either directly into SAP ERP or via excel.- Assisting the Material Master Engineer in collating and presenting information from Engineering and Sales.- Assisting the Production Engineering Manager with the Purchase order process by creating enquiries and RFQs and collating information packs for vendors to quote and parts to manufacture to.- Assisting the Production Engineering Manager by methodically expediting and managing the existing sales order backlog, ensuring the status of orders are known and recorded.- Shipping goods to the customer via the Shipping Portal.- Communicating with the sales team ensuring scheduled delivery dates are aligned to customer priorities.
