Office Admin & business operations supervisor


Work/Life Balance Arroll ltd has adopted the new work/life balance program, our working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm providing all its team more time to pursue the activities they enjoy the most.

Arroll is a SME business in Newtownabbey, County Antrim. We pride ourselves in being professional and creative. As an expanding company that specialises in the manufacturing of cast iron radiators and baths. As a manufacturer Arroll only works with B2B customers, ranging from the small independent trader to multinational PLC's.

Managing a small office team towards achieving company targets and delivering excellent customer service

Organise the HR process to carry out new staff recruitment, induction, appraisals, managing team performance and disciplining staff

Assisting with works orders, supplier purchase order and stock management

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Reviewing and developing administrative procedures to seek areas for improved efficiency utilising technology and enhance team skills.

Liaising with colleagues and external accountants

To be considered for this Office Manager role you MUST have the following experience, skills, knowledge, and attributes:
Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior Administration/Office Management position

Superb communication skills both written and verbal

A good problem solver who actively looks for improvements

Ability to work with mínimal supervision and prioritise tasks while working under pressure as part of a small team


Experience gained within a manufacturing company and a working knowledge in accounts packages such as QuickBooks or Sage would be desirable, although not essential.
