Description

Prior's Court is a registered charity providing education and residential care for young people with complex autism aged 5-25, helping them to build brighter, more independent futures.

Based at their beautiful 50-acre estate, they are looking to hire an experienced Recruiter/Interviewer to work three days a week (flexible on which day's) for a three-month duration with the possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and conduct fair and objective faceto face interviews for the recruitment of Autism Practitioners
Collate and verify all paperwork is completed and a fair and consistent approach is followed throughout the interview process
Provide advice and oversight to the hiring managers, ensuring experience, skills and team fit are considered
Deliver a professional administrative and compliance service to ensure the recruitment process is run smoothly and professionally

About You

Job Types:

Salary:
£33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
