Customer Service Advisor | Exeter (office based) | £23k p.a

This well established and successful client is expanding their customer support team and are therefore looking for an additional Customer Support Advisor to deliver a gold standard of service to their large customer base.

The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for providing a first class service to UK

customers, working within a dedicated support team to:
Focus on customer support and service
Provide technical support, advice and expertise
Assist marketing teams in building appropriate promotions
Create opportunities for further sales
Resolve customer requirements same day through liaison with other internal departments
Main Responsibility/Tasks

Process sales orders and direct ship orders
Offer technical advice and up sell
Basic invoicing
Create awareness for current special offers
Assist with building promotions
Assist with pricing

What we are looking for:

Someone who is extremely customer-focused with a desire to deliver gold-standard customer service
Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable IT competency, with the ability to use multiple internal platforms
A positive can-do attitude, with a desire to work in a tight-knit and focused team
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage your own time and prioritise workload

Starting salary:
£23,000 p.a.

Hours of work: 37.5 p.w., Monday to Friday, working hours to be discussed.
