Overview

Your role will include

As a Line Leader you will be relied on to ensure specified product quality is achieved in line with job descriptions, using correct product and packaging.

You will need to plan and manage the set-up and clean down of machinery effectively.

You will also be relied on to ensure a high degree of health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key skills
We're looking for a number of people to join our production team. Our new colleagues need to be efficient and organised whilst being able to motivate their teams.

We are ideally looking for people with the ability to:

Manage a team of up to 20 people
Run production lines
Communicate effectively with all areas of the business
Make business decisions

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has good people skills, can keep pace with the business, can think on their feet and has a good eye for detail.

The hours you will work:

Shift work 6am until 3pm, with two 30 minute breaks.

A variable shift pattern equating to an average of 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Salary:
£22,495.00-£25,501.84 per year
