Due to ongoing company growth Thomas Group Ltd require an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Service Team.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned & run company that has successfully grown nationwide and continues to grow rapidly.


We are seeking a committed and organised person to join our team as a Regional Service Co-Ordinator based our Sandford, Whitchurch Depot.


Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Regional controller of Nationwide breakdowns
  • To liaise with suppliers and our customers
  • Manage the day to day schedule of our fitters
  • Liaise with our parts department when fitters require parts to complete a job
  • Raise and close open service/repair jobs
  • Update company records

Essential Skills:


  • Experience in similar roles
  • Previous Plant Hire experience (Desirable)
  • Computer Literate
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good team player
  • Reliable
  • Selfmotivated
  • Good eye for detail
