About the role

We are looking for Someone with:

  • Sales Experience Excellent computer skillset: Word Excel Power Point is essential
Knowledge of online course software is an advantage Someone who can create learning courses & material build a digital academy
create flyers & banners

This role will be a support to effectively transform business strategic initiatives assisting in facilitating change management of specified business revenue streams and learning and development This role supports the department in ancillary revenue generation of approximately $40 million in incremental revenue and will assist the overall sales transformation program for the international markets under Royal Caribbean International to include UK & Ireland Europe Middle East and Africa Singapore & Southeast Asia Australia and New Zealand United States and Mexico and Latin Caribbean regions

Reporting directly to the Manager Sales Transformation and Ancillary Revenue the primary role will be to support create and execute the departments' role:
To support the strategic opportunities to exceed passenger and revenue targets for the sales teams in the international regions by creating and facilitating training programs and operational performance improvements

  • Creating content and design for continual delivery of the SPARK Sales Academy sales training curriculum and supporting the delivery of the program to 100+ international sales members
  • A support for the continued creation and development of the onboarding program for new sales recruits throughout all international markets To assist and execute ad hoc strategic developmental and revenue generation projects as deemed necessary to support the overall department internally / externally with specific relationships to include HR IT HRIS Systems external learning platforms
trade and travel partners and internal sales force


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and design the content for the SPARK sales academy and digital delivery to all sales members programs using software such as Articulate - Rise Storyboard 360 and Vyond- Assist with PowerBI systems reporting for both sales learning and development along with Ancillary revenue generation under the Sales Transformation projectsAssist in the execution of strategic initiatives in support of incremental revenue generation through: Outbound NextCruise
Casino and other revenue generation programs

  • Support with the planning and execution of the Global Sales Conference to support 250+ Global Sales Attendees

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Excellent computer skills to include:
Word Excel

  • Power Point (essential)
  • Knowledge of online course software is desired or the ability to learn fast Experience within the travel and or cruise industry
marketing or training an advantage Able to collaborate with persons at all levels of responsibility to formulate
communicate and implement ideas and concepts

  • Capable of formulating and supporting independent decisions and recommendations Demonstrates ability of creativity analysis and problem solvingExceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Recognized that different cultures and levels of seniority require different approaches Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with dealing with internal and external partners
  • Flexible on working hours to accommodate communication across international time zones Organized with a natural inclination for problem solving
root cause identification and planning


INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Working primarily with internal employees such as their line manager line Director inter-departmental directors and managers and other execs within the operations departments to include:
Shore side Onboard

  • Casino sales teams alongside L&D and Marketing teams
