My client is very well established and incredibly
innovative SaaS business offering a unique opportunity to get behind a product
unparalleled on the market.

Their technology is a global asset maintenance software for fire protection businesses.

Their mission is to provide an innovative way to digitalise information, making it easily accessible and ultimately improvingthe safety of buildings worldwide.


Founded in 2014, my client has become the number one asset maintenance software choice in Australia, having recently expanded across New Zealand and the UK, they're now looking for ambitious salespeople to join the
London office.

Some of their impressive clientele brought on over the years include ADL, Thor Fire Ltd, Beacon Fire Protection Ltd., Argos Fire Safety, to name just a few.


They're seeking out ambitious and committed salespeople with
at least 1 year experience closingin a SaaS setting, to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives.


Business Development Manager - The Package

£40,000 - £50,000 Basic Depending on Experience

OTE of around £80K, DOE

The Role - Business Development Manager

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage prospects throughout the entire sales process through to closing deals
  • Work closely and collaboratively with SDR's, coaching and managing their work load, targets and success
  • Become a product expert to advise clients on their maintenance software requirements and add value throughout the sales process
  • Identify your prospects pain points and run product demonstrations that will connect them to the values of our solution
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure your accounts are getting value from the company's solution

Requirements of the role:

-
A minimum of 1 year experience completing the 360 sales cycle in a SaaS setting
essential:

  • Genuine passion for the SaaS industry, and the product
  • Excellent organisation and timemanagement ability, and thrive in an autonomous environment
  • Selfmotivated & hardworking, eager to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Be comfortable and confident communicating with senior stakeholders within businesses
  • Comfortably manage own workload, as well as the junior team
