Key Responsibilities:

Salary:
circa £20,338 per annum, pro rata (FTE £30,930 per annum) + good range of benefits

Contract:
Permanent - Part time hours

Details: 24 hours per week. Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri. (flexibility on exact daily working hours)

Based:
Milton Keynes (3 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home)

Job Purpose


Responsibilities:


  • Represent the CPO, acting as the first point of contact with external and internal enquires or requests, liaising when necessary, with other members of staff and/or external contacts
  • Provide proactive diary management, for the CPO to ensure effective time management by prioritising their workload and proactively planning for important issues in advance
  • Coordinate agenda items, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Preparation and support of confidential data and presentations ahead of Senior Leadership meetings
  • Lead (or assist) on planning events and socials for the People and Culture Team
  • Contribute to team meetings and away days by assisting with the production of materials and prereads, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Collaborating with the other WVUK PAs and Coordinators to manage absence, part time working and peaks in workloads.
