Lettings Negotiator - Leeds - up to £23k basic plus commission. Pool Car Available


My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built a successful business in the Leeds area.

An award winning, modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment and on-going career progression.

Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Leigh.


Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:


  • Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Carrying out regular Landlord updates
  • Negotiating offers
  • Dealing with customer enquiries

Key Skills required:


  • Lettings experience
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Results driven
  • Team player
  • Full, clean driving licence and car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural sales ability
  • Selfmotivated and organised
