Job Title:
Recruitment Administrator/ Co-ordinator


Location:
Mostly home based, but expectation to travel to West Yorkshire office at least 1 day a week


Salary Range:
Up to £23k per annum depending on experience

Due to growing demand for our services, we are seeking an additional Administrators/Co-ordinator to join our high performing Interim Recruitment team.

Excellent attention to detail will be crucial alongside the ability to organise and prioritise your workload. A responsive and attentive approach to customer service will be essential.


While the role is largely home based you may be expected to work flexible hours sometimes and travel when required, including to the office in Wakefield, ideally 1 day per week or more.

We are very happy to consider part time or full time hours.

Typical activities may include;

  • Drafting contracts and extensions and other types of formal paperwork
  • Processing invoices and liaising with the Finance Team
  • Arranging interviews and other meetings
  • Carrying out customer care calls
  • Administering customer feedback surveys
  • Database management
  • Producing MI and financial reporting
