Great opportunity to join a top design studio based in the heart of Newcastle city centre, working from their recently refurbished office space - it looks incredible.
The opportunity is to lead the Technical aspects of several challenging, but highly interesting projects within the leisure, residential and higher education sector all Revit based and supported with BIM.
The company can also offer a fantastic career pathway for you to keep developing, ideally into a managerial role with scope all the way through to directorship for the right individual.
You will be working alongside talented Architects, Architectural technologists and Interior Designers that are highly collaborative, friendly with a keenness to keep learning / progressing.
The owners of the business have invested a lot of time and money to ensure the working environment is not only enjoyable, but one where the right individual can thrive.
As a Technologist here you will be involved in all RIBA stages, project running and really becoming that technical glue Having a keen eye for design would also be advantageous.
The role is open to an experienced Technologist looking progress into a Senior Architectural Technologist role or an already seasoned Senior Architectural Technologist, it's all about finding the right person.
