A Law firm who are nationally recognised for being one of the very best in the UK (and have the awards to prove it) are looking to add to their technical support team within their Manchester office.


As the IT Support Engineer you will act as the lead point of contact to the more junior members of the team, so this is a great chance for you to have both technical and lower management level responsibilities.


The exciting USP for this position is the Cloud migration that you will be a huge part of over the next 6 months, this will also include getting you certified in Azure.

Responsibilities:

**Mentor the junior members of the team and act as a lead
**Support the internal user base with any issues, both remotely and face to face
**Work within an ITIL environment.
**Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to end users
**Work within the support team across BAU and projects
