Rock Recruitment are currently looking for a Night Quality Control Lead to work within a state-of-the-art fresh food production kitchen in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Up to £31k salary
7pm 4am shift pattern
Overtime available at bonus rate
CAA training provided
Working with fresh food daily

This is a market leading company specialising in all areas of hospitality who put their people and their product at the forefront of everything they do.

Final checks on all food and ensuring packaging is correct
Plating and preparing food items
Placing the plated food into packaging before transportation
Consistently delivering food to the highest possible standard
Supporting with the transporting of deliveries to the airport in quiet periods
To ensure that all food is packed on time for the specific driver leave times
To manage and lead a team of 3 Night Quality Control Packers
To control and monitor food quality
Meals on Duty
Onsite parking
