Holmwood Kidderminster DY10 2DJ

Part time 14 hours per week 2 hours per day

Salary £9,100 per annum

The role

Undertake visit(s), as per Housing Support Plans, to each service user within the Scheme.
Maintain all Scheme Records.
Observe the health and wellbeing of all tenants and ensure that all Policies. and Procedures in relation to Safeguarding are followed.
Ensure the effective reporting of repairs and maintenance of properties.
Undertake duties relating to the upkeep of the communal areas.
Responsible for Community Alarm Call system and maintaining records associated with the system.
Participation in team meetings, training, and supervision
Housekeeping of communal areas
Ensure all health and safety checks are completed.
Report repairs to Future Care Group Facilities Coordinator.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience of working with older people Housing or in another caring role.

NVQ 2 in Social Care or Housing.

Understanding and awareness of Health & Safety in the work environment.

First Aid qualification
