Part time 14 hours per week 2 hours per day

The role

  • Undertake visit(s), as per Housing Support Plans, to each service user within the Scheme.
  • Maintain all Scheme Records.
  • Observe the health and wellbeing of all tenants and ensure that all Policies. and Procedures in relation to Safeguarding are followed.
  • Ensure the effective reporting of repairs and maintenance of properties.
  • Undertake duties relating to the upkeep of the communal areas.
  • Responsible for Community Alarm Call system and maintaining records associated with the system.
  • Participation in team meetings, training, and supervision
  • Housekeeping of communal areas
  • Ensure all health and safety checks are completed.
  • Report repairs to Future Care Group Facilities Coordinator.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience of working with older people Housing or in another caring role.

NVQ 2 in Social Care or Housing.

Understanding and awareness of Health & Safety in the work environment.

First Aid qualification
