Description

The Mid Essex Recovery College is a brand new service that will provide a safe space for people to learn new skills, expand on existing ones, and attend courses developed to support mental health recovery.

Our courses are all co-produced by experts by experience (individuals with lived experience of mental health), as well as individuals with professional experience of working for mental health services.

Our admin will be the first contact individuals have with our services. These are important roles at the heart of the high-quality care we provide.

We invest in our staff from the moment they join us. This includes benefits and training, and a career where you will make a difference every day.

MERC).
To provide administrative support for the communications, marketing and events programme of the
MERC. To support the organisation and administration of events and college courses planned by the

Some basic conflict resolution skills are essential.
To promote, develop and embed the principles of recovery orientated practice across the organisation.
