We are recruiting for an established company in Newark who have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join their team.

This Company is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual willing to jump in.

The team is small but all work together to stride the business forward in what is a very fast-paced environment.


You will be responsible for:
- dealing with property management including liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- carrying out property inspections and reporting findings to Landlords.
- arranging maintenance in a quick and effective manner.
- ensuring all properties are up to date and are meeting current legislation.


The role will suit someone who has meticulous attention to detail, excellent administration and communication skills, understands the importance of process, have a flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure alone and in a team.


You will be a key contact that the tenants, landlords and contractors have with the company, so an excellent level of customer service is required.

Experience of the property market is preferred but not essential. Have a full clean UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle.


Hours of Work:

  • 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
