Description
To be successful, we require that you match the following criteria.

  • Ready to work 36 hours a week between the hours of 9am 5.12pm Monday to Friday
  • Work at the Enfield Civic Centre for twice a week (will be increased soon) and working from home
  • Have sound working experience in Contact Centre's, webchat, CRM systems and have a clear, concise and polite telephone voice
  • Have a positive attitude toward customers
  • Will go the extra mile to help our customers and listen to their needs
