I'm working with a Worldwide Manufacturer based in the Rossendale area, looking to expand their IT Team with a new 1st Line IT Technician.

It's an awesome chance to build up your skills, in a supportive and friendly environment, where training and developmentis encouraged.

The current Head of IT has been with the firm for the last 27 years, starting out in the Finance Department but showed an interest in IT.

You'll work closely with him, introducing you to more business focused elements such as ERP Systems andBusiness process analysis.

The role will be mainly 1st line support of the company's IT Infrastructure including, maintaining the IT Hardware (PCs, Printers, Network Devices), troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, and working with the Network Engineer on some IT Projects asrequired.

Experience using Office 365, Windows Servers and desktop support will be needed and some desirables would be Azure and Cisco exposure.

The company will support you through any training and certifications needed so if you're a little rusty or have little experience,this will change You can also expect salary increases the more upskilled and experienced you become.
