Salary:
£32,194 to £34,452
plus a location allowance of £1,721. You will receive £32,194 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £34,452 will be via incremental progression.

As a Leadership Facilitator, you'll be the key to this exciting initiative, delivering an impactful programme to over 5,000 staff and officers. Based within the Met's Leadership Team, and part of Learning and Development, you will co-facilitate the delivery of the leadership course to Sergeants and staff at Band D level.
This role also offers the chance to support leadership strategy development by disseminating and embedding leadership development across the organisation.
An experienced leader, your expert insight will inspire support and respect.
You'll also bring strong communication skills and ideally, facilitation abilities (if you're not an experienced facilitator, you should be willing to learn).

Experience and knowledge
Essential
- Gathering and analysing feedback data providing recommendations for improvements
- Managing the delivery of programmes
- Monitoring attendance and collating reports
- Identifying and managing risks, including escalation where necessary
- Analysing data and interviewing stakeholders to scope requirements for development interventions

- Strong facilitation skills
- Proven oral and written communication skills that can adapt to different audiences, including the senior internal and external stakeholders
