Why this job matters:

As one of our Technical Specialists, you will be taking the lead in a diverse, fastpaced, constantly evolving team. We use DevOps methodologies to deliver world class secure platforms that make a real difference to our customers. In this role, you will have devolved architectural and operational responsibility for a large subsection of the technology stack on one of our projects.
You will have regular and direct customer communication, responding to their challenges while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the work stacks of multiple colleagues, making priority decisions in line with all relevant security, financial and HR considerations. You will coach your team to ensure their continued development and build a healthy, inclusive culture.

What you'll do:

Provide the technical direction for the build, delivery and maintenance of world class secure platforms
Be handson in all aspects of the design, build, deployment and support of customer facing systems
Employ and adapt industryleading techniques and best practices to suit customer challenges
Work within existing monitoring, observability and security frameworks to achieve our customer's requirements
