We are looking for a Beauty Concession Supervisor with experience in carrying out beauty treatments to very high standards, who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role to join our fantastic team

The role's primary purpose will be to keep your team motivated to drive the success of the concession.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Concession Supervisor

• Coordinate staff to ensure effective service is available at all times
• Manage and maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing concession
• Ability to gain a clear understanding of sales and competitor figures.
• Be creative and innovative with your ideas to drive concession sales.
• Work to ensure the team delivers and understands the importance of excellent service.
• Ability to clearly understand your customer and marketplace
• Maintain safe work practices and achieve high hygiene standards
• Carry out front desk and reception duties
• Maintain knowledge of current industry standards and practices.
• Provide performance and skillrelated training to both new and existing staff
• Monitor employee productivity and performance whilst providing constructive feedback
• Ability to carry out all treatments offered

• 3 years of supervisor or management within the beauty industry, including Nails, Brows and Lashes.

Working Week:

• 42.5 hour working week

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.50 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
