The Role:

Expert Health Visiting Practitioner providing comprehensive advice, support and clinical supervision within the Health Visiting Team and to the Team Leader.

To take a lead role for Quality Improvement work identified within the locality. Within the Health Visiting function of this role the post holder will be accountable for a caseload

What we'll need you to bring:

Registered General Nurse with post registration practice experience.
Registered Health Visitor/Specialist Practitioner Qualification in Public Health Nursing/Health Visiting.
Educated to or operating at Masters Level.
Evidence of personal contribution and leading of service planning and redesign projects.
Evidence of personal contribution and leading of service planning and redesign projects.
Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
Evidence of clinical leadership.
Experience or interest in Clinical Supervision.
Experience or interest in quality improvement.
Working knowledge of MIDIS and other IT systems

37.5 hours

Location and Working Pattern:

This role will be based in Health Visiting within Kildrum Health Centre.
