Really Superb Opportunity for an Account Manager within the Sales & Development of my Exciting Global Client based in Newmarket.

My Client has 900 Offices/ laboratories across 47 countries, employing about 55,000 staff worldwide.


Reports to:
Client Experience Manager

None


Your duties will include:

  • Delivering forecasted growth of sales within your allocated accounts
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts
  • Retain and grow allocated accounts in allocated region
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within your allocated accounts
  • Update and maintain all communication within CRM
  • Using CRM, document your key relationships and account strategy plans
  • Managing and owning all service concerns or queries in accordance withMy Clients Quality System
  • Maintaining an effective and dynamic knowledge base of competitors' activities within CRM
  • Follow up on all quotations within your territory with clear feedback on quote conversion rates within CRM system
  • Provide monthly reports and updates on territory performance against target
  • Carry out reasonable actions and duties as required by the business
  • Attend networking/ marketing and other industry events within and outside of contracted hours
  • Adhere to KPI's set by the business
  • A support function working closely with the businesses operational, service and support teams, providing crossfunctional performance information to assure a high level of customer service
  • Actively promoting the business both externally and internally
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • To comply with all the Health and Safety and ISO14001 requirements of your role, and perform any other reasonable duties as required by My Clients Business
  • Understand to a high level of aptitude all My Clients digital systems and tools

Qualifications:

  • GCSE
  • English Language, Mathematics or equivalent


  • A Level

  • English Language, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Science degree or equivalent
