Really Superb Opportunity for an Account Manager within the Sales & Development of my Exciting Global Client based in Newmarket.
My Client has 900 Offices/ laboratories across 47 countries, employing about 55,000 staff worldwide.Reports to:
Client Experience Manager

None
Your duties will include:
- Delivering forecasted growth of sales within your allocated accounts
- Support the onboarding of new accounts
- Retain and grow allocated accounts in allocated region
- Identify new opportunities for growth within your allocated accounts
- Update and maintain all communication within CRM
- Using CRM, document your key relationships and account strategy plans
- Managing and owning all service concerns or queries in accordance withMy Clients Quality System
- Maintaining an effective and dynamic knowledge base of competitors' activities within CRM
- Follow up on all quotations within your territory with clear feedback on quote conversion rates within CRM system
- Provide monthly reports and updates on territory performance against target
- Carry out reasonable actions and duties as required by the business
- Attend networking/ marketing and other industry events within and outside of contracted hours
- Adhere to KPI's set by the business
- A support function working closely with the businesses operational, service and support teams, providing crossfunctional performance information to assure a high level of customer service
- Actively promoting the business both externally and internally
- Maintaining confidentiality
- To comply with all the Health and Safety and ISO14001 requirements of your role, and perform any other reasonable duties as required by My Clients Business
- Understand to a high level of aptitude all My Clients digital systems and tools

Qualifications:
- GCSE
- English Language, Mathematics or equivalent
- A Level
- English Language, Mathematics or equivalent
- Science degree or equivalent

- CRM
- Proposal writing/ tenders
- Ability to demo software solutions

- Experience of working in a high target driven environment
